Method for nacho sauce Cook all together for 5 mins till slightly thick. Method for salsa Mix all well, do not cook. To assemble In a oven proof platter, put 1 big packet of doritos, drizzle nacho sauce, then grated cheese, put in oven for 5 mins on 180 d till cheese melts, remove, spread with finely sliced iceberg lettuce, prepared salsa, dot with sar cream, sliced olives, sliced jalapenos, serve immediately. Khubani gosht: Ingredients Dried flat apricots 10-12 soaked Mutton ½ kg boiled Oil ½ cup Onion 1 cup chopped Ginger garlic 1 tbsp Cinnamon 1 inch pc Sugar 1 tsp Chili powder 1 ½ tsp Black pepper ½ tsp Allspice ½ tsp Salt 1 tsp Vinegar 1 tbsp Tomatoes 2 Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp Green cardamom powder ½ tsp Green cardamom 4 Method Soak the apricot for 2 hours in 1 cup water. Heat oil, fry onion until golden, add ginger garlic, cinnamon, green cardamom with all dry spices and chopperized tomatoes with boiled mutton, fry well, add 1 cup water, cover and cook till done, lastly add soaked apricots, cook for another 10 mins, serve with roti. Strawberry swirl: Ingredients for crust Butter ½ cup Flour 1 cup Granulated sugar 2 tbsp Ingredients for filling Strawberry jello 1 packet Boiling water ¾ cup Frozen strawberries 8 ounce Milk ½ cup Large marshmallows 16 Whipped cream 1 ½ cup Method for crust Crumble butter, flour and sugar until crumbly, press into ungreased 9x9 inch pan, bake on 180 d for 15-20 mins, remove and cool. Method for filling Dissolve jello in water, stir in strawberries, combine milk and marshmallow on top of double boiler, stirring occasionally until melted, cool, whipped cream until stiff, fold marshmallow mixture into cream, fold into strawberry mixture, pour into prepared crust, and chill until set.
