NACHO CHIPS / HOMEMDADE SPICY CRISPY NACHOS / TORTILLA CHIPS RECIPE
Hello Friends, Welcome to Premlata’s Kitchen. Today our Recipe is Spicy & Crispy Home Made Nachos Chips.
For Nachos Chips, Ingredients are
1 Cup Corn Flour,
1/2 Cup White Flour / Maida,
1/8 Cup Refined Oil or 2 Table Spoon Refined Oil
1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder
1/4 Tea Spoon Crushed Carom Seeds
1/2 Tea Spoon Salt or As per Taste
3/4 Cup Medium Boiled Water or as per requirement
In a Plate, Mix Corn Flour, White Flour, Turmeric Powder, Crushed Carom Seeds, Salt & Refined Oil Properly.
After all the ingredients are properly mixed, add boiled water to make semi soft dough.
The dough should be in between soft & hard.
Now keep the dough in a covered Bowl / Lid pan for 15 min.
After 15 Min, Dough is properly settled down.
Now properly rolled the dough with the hands and make small oval balls.
Now turn the dough into small oval balls.
Now grease the Flat Board & Roller with oil.
Now with roller, roll out small balls into circular shape like Chapati (Indian Bread).
Now Using Fork, make small holes on it.
Cut the roll out circular balls into eight equal triangles.
Now Put the Triangles into a Plate with a sharp knife and soft hand for Frying.
Turn on the Burner & Heat the Refined Oil.
Oil should be normal heated
Start Putting Nachos Chips into oil for Frying.
Flame of the Burner shall be Medium & Start Flipping the Nachos with soft hand.
When the Nachos Chips turn Brown, Take out on a Plate covered with Paper Napkin.
Now Fry the Remaining Nachos in same Fashion.
For Spices to be spread out on Prepared Nachos, we Require
1/2 Tea Spoon Red Chili Powder,
1/2 Tea Spoon Chaat Masala Powder
1/4 Tea Spoon Salt
1/4 Tea Spoon Black Pepper Powder
Now Mix all the Spices Properly.
Now equally spread all the mixed spices on Prepared Nachos Chips to make it spicy.
Now Enjoy the Spicy Crispy Nachos.Tips – Dough should be in between soft & hard, Oil should be medium heated & don’t over fry the Nachos.
